Just one block off the Pinellas Bayway, this recent addition to our resort home inventory is minutes-away-convenient to Fort DeSoto park and the magnificent St. Pete Beach to the west. Even closer to home, the Eckerd College campus main entrance is "just across the street" on the south side of the Pinellas Bayway. Just a bit further south, across the Sunshine Skyway, are the ever popular outlet mall stores at Ellenton. To the east a couple of blocks the Bayway connects with I-275 for direct access to downtown St. Petersburg where its famous Bay Walk, Tropicana Field and Pier, among other destinations, are always favorites. The HEATED * POOL home itself is sparkling new, having been built in 2004, neatly landscaped and nicely furnished. It accommodates up to eight, with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed in one of the guest bedrooms, two twins in the third bedroom, and a queen sleeper in the living room.
