Outstanding among its numerous features, this home's screened patio and pool are perfectly placed between the five rooms that open directly onto the patio (kitchen, dining room, breakfast room, master bedroom and one guest bedroom) and the private dock and inviting canal waterway that leads into Boca Ciega Bay just a few hundred feet away. Two dining tables on the patio, each seating four, with a pass-through from the kitchen combine to invite casual relaxation at any time of day for breakfast, lunch or dinner (or even all three if you're so inclined!). Completely redecorated earlier this year, this home is "neat as a pin," and will surely satisfy the most discerning visitor. But take a look at the photos and decide for yourself.
