Reservations will be confirmed upon payment of a Reservation Deposit of £100 or 20% whichever is the greater. The Reservation Deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date. A local management agent is on hand to arrange key pick-up and help with any additional requirements. Due to unexpected circumstances, if designated accommodations are not available, we reserve the right to assign guests to a comparable unit.
