Prices
are in UK pounds and include: State Tax, Resort Tax &
cleaning on departure.
A $100
Security Deposit is due on arrival, payable by cash, cashier's
cheque, money order, travellers cheques (U.S. Funds), VISA or
MasterCard. It is refunded approx. 70 days after departure less
the cost to repair any damages and less the cost of any long-distance
telephone charges.
Reservations
will be confirmed upon payment of a Reservation Deposit of £100
or 20% whichever is the greater. The Reservation Deposit is non-refundable.
The
balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
A local
management agent is on hand to arrange key pick-up and help with
any additional requirements.

All
rates subject to change without prior notice. Due to unexpected
circumstances, if designated accommodations are not available,
we reserve the right to assign guest to a comparable unit.
