PLEASE NOTE: Visiting this page constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the ensuing policies and procedures in their ENTIRETY. Checking availability does not reserve your vacation. No payment is required to process a request for availability. RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A minimum reservation deposit of £100 or US$200 is required to confirm each reservation for 7-28 days payable by cheque or if a late booking (less than 60 days) by bankers draft, cash or wire transfer providing all bank charges are paid for by the tenant. The reservation deposit is applied against rent, tax, departure cleaning and other miscellaneous charges (total due). SECURITY DEPOSIT: A VISA or MasterCard imprint is due upon arrival as a security deposit for any expenses related to long distance charges, unit damages, excessive housekeeping charges, crib &/or rollaway charges and rental extensions. In lieu of a credit card imprint, a $100 deposit may be paid by cash, cashier's cheque, money order or traveller's cheques. Cash deposits are refunded in the form of a cheque from the management company, approximately 70 days after departure, less any expenses detailed above. Liability for damages is not limited to the amount of the deposit. CANCELLATION: The reservation deposit is non-refundable. Reservations will be cancelled for guests failing to notify and failing to check-in by 5:00 p.m. on the day following confirmed arrival date. No refunds for early departure. CHANGES: There is a $50.00 charge for modification of a confirmed reservation. PAYMENT: Total rent, cleaning fees and taxes (currently at 11%) for entire stay are due and payable 60 days prior to occupancy for a UK booking or 70 days outside the UK in the form of cash or cashier's cheque. UTILITIES: Local phone service, water, and electricity are generally included in rates. CHECK-IN LOCATION: At the office of the management company open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven (7) days a week. CHECK-IN TIME: After 2 p.m. CHECK-OUT: By 10 a.m. ACCOMMODATIONS: Due to unexpected circumstances, if designated accommodations are not available, we reserve the right to assign guest to a comparable unit. PETS: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS allowed. LATE ARRIVALS: Accommodated
with PRIOR notification. |
